Hi Bincy I have been your subscriber for a long time and I bake a lot of your breads. Recently I finished my 2 pound yeast which I bought a long time ago. I have been trying different yeasts now and nothing is working. My breads are becoming tough the next day. Can you please tell me which brand yeast you use? Thank a ton. Really looking for your help.
