Lote Aclive (acima do nível da rua) terraplanagem com dois níveis - Residencial Iguatemi IV

Fala pessoal !!!
Nesse vídeo trago a vocês um exemplo de terraplanagem feito em um lote aclive de 1000m2 localizado no Residencial Iguatemi IV fase lago.
O proprietário utilizou muito bem o lote fazendo dois níveis (platô) e para não gastar tanto ele fez os cortes chanfrados (talude) assim não precisa fazer muro de arrimo, basta plantar os tapetes de grama.

In this video I bring you an example of earthworks carried out on a 1000m2 plot of land located on the lake, phase IV of Residencial Iguatemi.
The owner made great use of the lot by creating two levels (plateau) and in order not to spend so much, he made chamfered cuts (slope) so he didn't need to build a retaining wall, just plant the grass mats.
