It seems the main problem is lack of tax revenue. Maybe we can save the theatre through generating tax revenue.
This theatre is a 9 minute walk from the decker lane Trax station. The lots for these businesses are mostly parking.
Because of its proximity to Trax, has anyone reconsidered rezoning this area for mixed-use Zoning and greatly reduce parking?
Rezoning does not mean existing buildings should close, but making productive use of this land can increase taxes for the repairs.
