I’ve watched the hate sex scene several times this year… Sonny preyed on Carly’s insecurity and vulnerability… he knew exactly what he was doing he was pushing her buttons feeding into all her self loathing… Carly is no innocent she is completely self destructive as well… This writing was fantastic for putting these two together… SBu was leaving and they had spent so much time building the Jarly love - they had to do something so big and so awful or it would not have made sense for Jason to leave. I maintain at this time in Carly’s life she needed someone like Sonny - she was too wild and too out of control - too insecure - too untrusting - too scared Jason didn’t have enough life experience yet to deal with Carly… But Sonny and Carly together were incredible
that's what makes her a good character lol... the kind of person you probably wouldn't want to be friends with in real life, but she sure is entertaining to watch on screen lol
Does carly want jason to play dad again to another of carlys ons? Poor jason got betrayed in one year by robin carly & sonny. Sonnys right. Idiot carly could have been on a beach in paradise with michael & jason falling in love. But for no reason she went to the Q'S. WHY ? She never drove aj back to drinking & never even tried. Dope
Because if they were on an island they wouldn't be in Port Charles and on GH. That's why I hate soap operas, they have to follow unrealistic storylines on the whims of when actors/actresses want to quit, and to fit into everyone living in the same town forever. SJB is a great actress/carly though
@@imdapapichulo It's so weird. She finds out she's pregnant, goes to find Jason and finds Sonny instead then decides to drink. Were we supposed to forget she was pregnant or did Carly forget? Or the writers didn't think about that when they wrote Carly pouring herself a drink. Either way It didn't make sense.
