Hi Jeanette, I embroidered a beanie the other day, the font came out slight curve, when it should of been straight. I did use a 5x5 magnetic hoop. Do you have a suggestion for future beanies. Thank you in advance.

Don’t stretch the beanie too much when hooping.

Why do you think companies like SmartStitch & BAI sell their multi needle machines 10k cheaper than Ricoma, Melco etc?

I am not familiar with these machines. I always recommend folks do their own research to make sure they make the best decision for themselves. We all have different requirements when purchasing an embroidery machine. It’s a similar process to buying a car.

Thanks for the reply. From what I’ve learned, the customer service is very limited with the cheaper machines.
