Thank you so much for sharing... I have just assembled your scheme "MPPT 3.0 with arduino nano", but suddenly cut off the GND from 3rd pin of irfZ44s => so that the arduino very hot at 328P chip, btw all 3 leds: RX-TX-PWR are ON => how to fix this? Thank!

A LED in the the forward bias has zero resistance. If you don't add a resistor the total resistance through the LED will be zero. This will for even a small voltage drive a large current through the LED and short-circuit and burn everything. You'll have to buy a new Arduino. Be careful.
