Can u please breakdown what categories you would charge a potential co host or anyone you want to PM for if doing everything?So far I was thinking of the following:
Designing the space
Ordering furniture
Setting up furniture
Listing property
Marketing

Congrats and thank you! **not legal advice** Our entities are structured differently for different properties. Some LLC, some General Partnership (not an insulated entity like an LLC). It’s not uncommon for people to hold in their own name with an appropriate umbrella insurance policy in place.

So what's the price you charge? I do the same thing and I'm creating world class properties for owners and with the time committement i've decided to stop taking anymore clients because it's not worth it. Instead i'd rather spend that time and design ideas on my own properties so I can get the reoccuring return instead of making a few thousand one time. Curious what you guys charge and thoughts!

I think we’re kind of in that grey area between the large management companies and co-hosts. We have an incorporated business and consider it to be a boutique property management company. Most of our clients are completely hands off and just receive their check each month.
