I recently put my Weber 22 in out in the shed,..my garage is too crowded! Did you say you watched Wrestlemania? Cool,...Church too? Really cool. The pan in the end looks like a Detroit Style pizza pan. Nice looking grub! Bless You Brother!
Yes, church every Sunday and Wrestlemania every year! With the same group of guys for the last 23 years. My plan was to make of the rib cook but it was raining so much that day I couldn’t make a video. Detroit style pizza. That is an idea.
Funny, I use the same technique of indirecet, although some time I sear in the beginning and then let it come to temp. Hey, your running low on room...the fire pit might have to wait...smoke entering your neighbors window could be a concern. Haven't had a brat since I don't know when, they look good with the cheese ooozin out.
The neighbors haven’t complained yet. I think they like it. I was surprised by the cheese, they looked like normal brats and I didn’t read the packaging. Very good though. I think the fire pit is going to be after the swing set, goes. So it won’t be anytime soon. I can wait. As always, thanks for watching.
