    That is a very nice pizza oven. The inside dome, with the fire to the left and placement of the pizza on the mid right is a perfect pizza oven operation. The pizza, did you make it? You know I loved this one!

      Thank you, we really like the pizza. We do make it all. We got our dough recipe from a channel called The Wood Fired Chef. He has his episodes numbered and I believe episode 12 is his pizza dough recipe. It is excellent.

    Your definitely picked a good one and the pizza looked on point but how did you convince the wife? Nice oven, wood fired and a task to operate would you say? Well, it's an investment and I'm sure it does more than pizza best,,,congrats.

      It was actually my wife’s idea. Our kids absolutely love it. We wanted an actual wood fired oven and our local Ace sold Alfa and delivered for free. We’ve done pizza, bread, and brownies. In such a small oven it’s hard to maintain a lower temperature for cooking other things. Thanks for watching.

    cooked at what temperature? I couldn't see the numbers on the thermometer clearly even though I had zoom it

      Sorry about that, I was using my phone camera. The ambient temperature a couple hundred degrees when you take the door off. It went from about 900 to about 700. What’s important is to have flames coming over the top and stone temperature. I had the stone preheated to about 750. That seems to make good pizza. Thanks for watching.

      The stone was about 750°. The ambient changes quite a bit throughout a cook. It drops with the door off. Probably about 700 if you want the number. What’s important is the flames the top. Thanks for watching.
