Do one about defending the wing. I hate defending the damn wing. Its hard to gauge how far out you should go, and since Im always told to be on my attackmans hands the second he catches the ball I always throw the v hold to early and the attackman gets under me and I get roasted. I know Im doing the right thing by forcing him under so I prolly just need to be faster, but make a video about it.
+Ken Donsky As an attackman, I can tell you the best thing is to have a good, calm approach so you can't get face dodged. Also, try to force the attackman behind the goal.
