Here in OCG if we're using branded despia, we side necroworld banshee and zombie world. We'll send banshee and albaz from branded fusion. Resolve everything that needs to resolve then quick effect banshee to call the zombie world. After that they just gonna scoop.

In the TCG, flunder will outright scoop 90+% of the time if albaz fusion resolves. 1 card likely leads to dragoon, zombie world, set branded in red, and possibly DPE on top of it all. Barring a dark ruler to turn dragoon and all off...still gotta deal with branded into chimera to pop 3, draw 3, search a bunch, plus whatever is still set or left in their hand.
13:00 Droplets is also sketchy because if you send 2 to try and negate Empen and Statue, they can chain the quick play to banish Empen. This will “Fizzle” Droplets. Got a guy at a 3v3 with this
That depends on what they send as cost if they sent a spell then that scenario that interaction woudlnt happened. But thats just a do they have it kind of situation.
@@christianlei2519 all the more reason Chalice is better than Droplets in this MU. Droplets becomes usable only as a 3 card combo if they don’t have Shifter. Sounds rough
Save the droplet for the Raiza or the Empen(or the barrier statue depending on the situation) as those are the actual cards that disrupt your plays whereas the smaller birds are just facilitators to get to that end point
I think 2 Ultimate Conductor Tyranno could help. Summon the first Tyranno in defense to flip all opponent's monsters face down, then summon the second Tyranno to destroy them all, now they had to go to the GY instead of being banished.
Honestly I really hope this deck hits it, very annoying to play against, it is so consistent now with the new quick play, it’s been topping a lot and I’m surprised nobody is talking about how powerful it is
Just summon Geomathmech Final Sigma :v. But for real, I play mathmech and in most matches i had against Floowandereeze they dont have an out to unaffected monsters with high attack. I always choose to go first against them just to summon GFS as soon as posible and sometimes even under shifter i get to summon it and after that they just scoop.
Have actually considred playing more of the trap because if they droll you and/or lancea on your turn you just set the trap and pass. And as long as you have a small bird to extend you can play on their turn and it can also dodge velier because now its their turn.
Going 1st Gozen is also extremely good as soon as they NS Robina they are locked into water. All their big birds and good monsters are Wind. Also Torrential Tribute is good as well as it can clear their board so they can't tribute summon into Empen.

flundereeze was free tendies this format but people are finally learning to respect it and side for it. droll ogre veiler are all turned off by shifter. As a flunder player I can say that gamma is the best way to shut things down. Lightning storm is also devastating because you can't normal summon in def obviously so lightning storm is especially effective against flunder. Twin twister is the other big one. Using it in standby is pretty devastating to flunder boards. Most decks are siding judgement now as a counter to the counter.

There goes chain link 1 on enpem then chain link 2 on those tributed floowendereeze from banish. My question is, can i effect veiler on the empen since its the only effect that on the field? As a Floow player, the only thing I will say about the Solemn traps is this. Yes they are good since we can't respond to them, but if we know you play them, a good player will know how to chain block you so we resolve the effect we want. True, this may not always be an option for us, but you should consider the chain blocking ability the deck has

i think the most annoying is the field spell. i mean, i dont care what they do and what they have honestly, we can play around it. but that field spell, makes our turn, become their turn.
the safest way is to negate the small birds, mark my words. You wanna negate Empen? make sure floo player has no map played at all or else you are getting punished in your turn. Best picks for handtraps : Ash, Droll and that's it. Lancea? i usually just crash through lancea even if it means i lost 2 small birds in the graveyard
@@GuitarBloodlines coming from a floo player here, you need to check the banish pile. Usually they have only one banished bird unless advent or gold sarc is used, it's still good to use ash but you better know the matchup well or just use imperm/veiler instead
Because... They don't actually need to put everything on board immediately.. A smart player will hold some of the summons in the trap so if you LS the back they chain the trap, if you LS the front they use the trap and rebuild the whole board...

If the impermanence on empen goes through they shouldn’t end with any disruptions except field spell. If they chain advent then they removed their own floodgate which is great.
But you can't imperm if they play after you commit to the board, which is what good flo players usually do. The restricted timing of imperm makes it worse compared to chalice

Just play cards into defense position after negating everything. I play VW SS or SS Tenyi and flunder is a bit of a non issue IMO

You cannot chainblock judgement, but your opponent can mess up if they let you summon at the wrong time.
