The judge should NOT have been allowed to resign.... He should've been SACKED! By resignation he'd have been able to collect superannuation or other entitlements, but by being SACKED, as he deserved to be, he'd FORFEIT ANY AND ALL BENEFITS.

My public derender had evidence in my case to exaunirate me and did not present it to the judge. I was incarcerated and put on probation for a year , lost my driver lisence spent over $1000's in fines and court cost and bonds. When proof clearly showed that i was over medicated by my Dr.'s nurse. Now I have to be proven by a Dr. That I am currently seeing that I am capable of being re-enstated to obtain my license. Which he has yet to do .That was over a year ago. I came to this town for funeral and cant return home until he does this. I have lost everything back home. HELP Me someone i am indigent. A.M.
