Loving the secret door in the dining room! You have such a great eye for all the detail, always highlighting this, fantastic!
Thankyou! Appreciate you delivering these great videos so much. Very helpful, Thankyou 💙
Absolutely stunning would love to have more tour off westmark towers apartments, keep it up 💪
Astonishing view of the layer of smog over the city as the sun sets. Beautiful.
Hi Toby, great presentation! Apartment itself is stunning!❤
really impressed by the video quality here, great drone shots and really smooth interior shots and great editing.keep it up :)
Pretty easy when Enes Yilmazer set the template 😂
What a rip off. You should have a pool, sauna, movie theater, gym etc for that sort of money. It's just bedrooms, large communal areas and don't forget the large shower heads.
@@aron3754 yeah and there wasn’t a pool, sauna or gym in it
@@aron3754 Are you sure those aren't communal facilities?
Bruh the cost of real estate goes way beyond just the bare amenities that the apartment offers
@@rollericarus I'd need all the above, instead of none of the above, for anything like that sort of money. Saw a 10 million and it even had a cold bath jaccuzi type thing and shed loads of grounds. lake etc. It's just a glorified 3-5 bedroom flat.
@@sandydennylives1392 ok, but as I said, real estate is more than just the amenities, there are so many factors that could go into it such as demand, location, how the housing market is doing locally, and many more. Something like this will probably just be bought as an investment for someone and will probably never be lived in. Most of the largest and most expensive properties on the planet are almost never set foot in. Sad, but true
Thank you for this tour of a beautiful home there in London.
I don’t live in London and not planning to either but purely out of curiosity, I started to watch your videos and I must say it’s been entertaining to find out what mega rich Londoners pay for their homes.
most of them are not Londoners, most are mega rich foreigners, Arabs, Russian oligarchs etc lol
but i also don't live in London but still love watching Toby's videos to see how the other half live
Nailed it! Thanks for pointing out the landmarks 😀
No problem 👍
Oh golly gee! What a wonderful house tour indeed! 😁
Beautiful video and so well presented
Makes me laugh in these videos- chefs quarters!!! How the other half lives 😂
You mean the other 0.01%
You need a chef, because by the time you've got all the way up to the penthouse, your chips are cold and obviously it's beneath your dignity to bung them in the oven yourself.
apart from the super chairs that seem to always seat 12, :) , best one i have ever seen on youtube. keep it up.
Liking the dark T to match the suit. Very stylish. This look oozes an air of wealth and sophistication.
Glad you enjoy it! Appreciate your comment
Love the owners bedroom and en-suite.
How tall are you? Because those ceilings looked a bit low for 13 mil
Great content. Thank you 🙏
I love it 😍❤it's beautiful apartments
im getting enes yilmazer vibes :D
nice tour & a beautiful house :)
What a city, love London with my heart ❤
You gon hate it when they rob you ahh
You probably share a shoebox in Walthamstow with 3 mates
Hello Toby , look amazing Penthouse beautiful inside , great job , well done , big like 513 , have lovely week.
Have a lovely week! Thanks for tuning in again 🤝
Amazing vids
Beautiful Property, Excellent Presentation.
Is this Property located in Mayfair?
Thank You !!!
Beautiful penthouse…loving all aspects
It really is!
Gorgeous unit
Hi Toby, is this a new build? If so, I’m future can you please specify?
well done Toby! i'm a particular lover of your description of the kitchen "flush" ;) really involving the viewer! leaps and bounds, you crack on! i don't know whether you chedk my previous comment on your video for the 14.5 mansion but if you have'nt please check it just a few things to touch up on:)
Glad you enjoyed it! thanks for the tips Mali ;) stay tuned for more
The ceiling is low.
Very nice indeed.
For lux the ceiling height is to low. Especially in London.
Would you have to pay outright or would you be able to rent this
Anyone notice the blue wallpaper peeling at the edges in the office?
Amazing pad but whats up with the blue wallpaper in the study? looks like gaps from poor application. for a place thats that price they need to sort that out.
I guess you can use that to get a better price ;) thanks for watching Ben!
Is there annual rent? Pls
Why are the ceilings so low in Europe?
They needed to have WAAAAAAAYYYYYYYY more attention to the views... because THAT is the most unique and beautiful part of that build opportunity...
At that height, with 4 seasons to see and 365 sunsets/sunrises it was a huge fail! The city and country side should have and could have been an integrated part of the layout... there are things called a one way window. Privacy could have still been paramount!
Rip off!
Bless for my country 🇬🇧
How much are the maintenance costs? 50K/month?
Hi Toby, great presentation…. Wonderful apartment, is this apartment staged OR does the price tag include furniture? Plus would be good to know who provided the furniture if possible ….. Question, a while back you presented a sensational apartment behind the London Eye with views of it at a price tag of £17M ….. I would prefer that apartment to this considering the views but of course could not afford any of them ? Which one would you prefer ? Cheers 👍
Hey Conner! this apartment is staged by A.London! and the price excludes the furniture. I am with you on this; I prefer the Belvedere Gardens Penthouse at Southbank Place. The view of the London Eye is special and hard to beat.
It’s a shame the Belvedere Gardens one isn’t a share of freehold - you have to pay the developers minimum £50k per year forever
@@kingcrimson5303 not sure weather you are right there ? I first saw that apartment listed by another company, I think a Chinese women first presented it, I remember her saying the price include £1M of furniture and a 999 year lease, plus yearly payments were based on Square footage around £35 or £55 thousand per year, no mention on a fixed yearly payment to the developers? When those who can afford these prices I doubt they be worried over £50K per year ?
@@conner.9262 you’re committing to paying the developer £54 mil across the 999 years you own the property. You don’t get any better service paying £50k per year than the guy who owns the 1 bedroom and pays £5k per year. I do agree whoever buys this apartment probably won’t think much of 50k per year but it also affects reselling the apartment to another buyer. In my opinion it would be better to buy a £2 mil luxury apartment and then buy a freehold townhouse for £15 mil.
@@kingcrimson5303 I’m 1000% with you on that. Freeholds tend to be money pits, no better than an expensive rental. Best to buy in cash where possible.
Hello Toby, is it possible to merge both flats on the 29th floor to make them one penthouse of the whole 9,417 sq ft once you purchase The Regents and The Hanover all together, even when so will it be possible to redesign the new area. Thank you!
Yes, exactly what I was thinking. In all honestly the 2 separate units are a bit small on their own.
A snip a steel 😎👍💯
Nice penthouse.
This is crazy hooooooooo boy thank you
They call apartments penthouse when their not even on the top floor these days. a penthouse is a single "house like" apartment built on top the roof set back for the rest of the building. These are just big too floor apartments.
"'If you're like me and you like to keep things nicely tucked away" average london bloke🤣🤣🤣🤣
Bruh that's a grand piano over there
Great to see the other side doing well when people are struggling to pay their rent and heat their homes...
THAT's HOW iT Works
Absolutely minging. Why are the ceilings so low? Is it made for the borrowers?
Enjoyed the video but I'm so confused after reading the comments. If the apartment is staged and does not include the furniture etc. why is it relevant in the tour that you like the artwork or that the bed looks comfortable?
The first balcony looks like they took a closet and put a window in it. Very claustrophobic. Too bad they could not afford a decent piano. The doors are very industrial/commercial looking. The smaller bedrooms could be in a nice Hilton Hotel. By carving the space for the bathroom right out of the bedroom space makes it look very commercial. Lots of nice things but I think that 12 million should get you something better.
Tell me more channels like this
If it has a wood barbeque outside i buy it.
Luxury resorts
My men is charismatic i like that
Vip penthouse
It certainly is!
I can already imagine being lonely in this property
Wow only $11 million
Parking? You never mention it in your videos so are we to assume that all the properties your presentations come with none?! I can understand that being the case for some, but some of the larger properties in your presentations really should make a parking provision.
This actually quite an important point...we all know the horrendous cost of parking in the capital, and the restrictions. A penthouse apartment like this should come with one or even two parking slots, assuming there is basement parking.
It's a major selling point but we are left wondering because you never say.
Good video but the bedroom looks like every single budget hotel room layout that I’ve ever seen.
1:00
Great presentation, Toby!
too bad that these kind of apartments will only be an investment for rich oligarchs and sheikhs and nobody will ever live in there for longer than 1 week maybe.
I don't like the kitchen to small 😂
For the same price you could buy an entire street in Burnley.
I don't suppose Russians want to hide money in Burnley though.
Lol
Cari kamar utamanya yg luas ya BAPA...kayak kamar ini ..
Ok NAK
just wanted to say that your drone shot at the start of the video is illegal, you're flying in a FRZ.
Immensely cold and boring. A huge airport hall with bedrooms.
And the view… ewww.
Oh I get it, I live in Toscana😁
13:35 эхо в ванной комнате
Can you really see Wembley Stadium from this house. That sounds like bullocks.
'central'
12 Million me arse, the ceilings are too low.
Like living in an office , cold unfriendly and bitter probably just like the people who are in the market for such a dark space , I guess they drink a lot of alcohol to cope
What is wrong with you haha
You're definitely not a free bird
You are forgetting about the innate narcissism of those very people who consume that alcohol to cope while creating conditions that drive many others to need alcohol to cope with what has been created for them to deal with. Vicious cycle, psychopaths shouldn't lead in my opnion, but eurocentrism says otherwise I guess.
😊
Hahaha if anyone's bitter it's you. You're jealous you can't afford the place.
wouldn't pay £12 for that
I live 400 yrds away from this place. There have been 5 murders within a few hundred yards of this building in the last 2 years alone. They make it look like it's in a lovely area, it's a dump.
Low ceilings.
He act like Enes Yilmazer
Horribly low ceilings, cramped little balcony typical srcrungy English home. Hope the buyers are not claustrophobic:)
12.75M for this is laughable, especially the dump of a location.
It's very nice but ridiculously overpriced at £12.5 million.
To expensive
Incredible apartment, shame about the location!
tapi BAPA jangan terkejut ya...
Kenapa NAK???
UMA lebih milih masuk ke hanif 😄😄😄dari pada johanes ....
Iya NAK.....iya sudahlah gpp...jadi BAPA pun gak pusing klo Johanes berulah....yg BAPA jaga opung juga KALIAN semua... takutnya kenapa kenapa...
Iya BAPA 🤗🤗🤗
Iya NAK 🤗🤗🤗😘😘😘
dont get stabbed good luck!
£12m for the square footage of a £400k 3 bed semi, TINY outside space with views facing away from the city in one of London’s worst neighbourhoods…have to be silly to throw money at this
Blech
I have seen better designs in NYC. I don't think it's worth 12mil pounds then again. I'm not the seller nor would I ever be the buyer. I don't see 12 million for me to throw away in my future. Must be nice though... but I wonder what sort of person does make such a purchase?
All the poor people bleating about the price
Tacky finish and execution. Nothing about this speaks class or prestige. And I’ve seen better views on a council estate!
Over 12m pounds and you get 8ft ceilings and 7ft doors. Pathetic
Not even a proper balcony
So unfair 😒 some people can't have money to buy a food these current days while others living luxury lives and selling homes for almost 13 millions
am i the only one who thinks it's horrible? Not a single room or area feels like "home".
looks horrible, glad I didn't buy it!
Rip off, could of provided more
Take off your shoes!
The last time I checked, it's not your apartment.
your speaking like an npc, talk like a human
How boring . Not worth it
Unfortunately the building is so ugly...
Bedrooms look like a little-over-the-average hotel rooms .. pass
Ugly design.
