පැරණි වමේ ඉතිහාසය පිළිබඳ අල්ප දැනුම කණගාටු දායක තත්වයක්. බ්‍රෙස්ගර්ඩල් සිද්ධිය වැනි සිද්ධි අතිශයින් දත යුතුයි. පැරණි වමේ බෙදීම් ගැටුම් දැනගත් තරමට තමයි ජ වි පෙ. බිහිවීම කතා කළ හැකි වන්නේ. 70 දශකයේ කොළඹ විශ්වව විද්‍යාලය මැනෙවින් මේවා අපට ඉගැන්වූවා.
