Yes that’s the one I’m using: To be precise they are Sika latex (liquid) and Super Sikalite (powder mix). Both can be purchased at company called Sika which is an international company. They have branches in Kumasi, Tema and Accra.
I would really question your contractor for saying you don't need the damp proofing membrane. I would question the important things he will compromise on. I am in the Virgin Islands, and I am watching every video I could watch concerning building or living in Ghana, and the contractors that know their work, will tell you to get all of that to protect your foundation and the black paint thing to paint on the blocks in the foundation. Don't play with that moisture. You didn't go to Ghana to get sick, move from that apartment fast.
@@MissNadine-23 Unfortunately from the experience I am having in my rental right now is making me really anal about damp proofing my house in all stages it is expensive but worth it and this is why I am present at the site every moment of the way. Thanks 😊
That’s right….dnt listen to them when it comes to the safety and durability of your projects
DPM and chemicals will help u in future
Sika waterproofing is available in Ghana, professional company, professional waterproofing products of international standards
