Oh no, Sadly I don't create my own polymer clay. Have you tried conditioning it first before loading to your extruder? Also please check if it is polymer clay or air dry clay. Usually if polymer clay is not condition, it is crumbly. Try kneading it several times until it is conditioned. I hope that was able to help you
