Frank Sinatra actually threatened to not preform at a Las Vegas show because the hotel wouldn't allow Sammy Davis, Jr to stay there, told him he had to go to a hotel for black performers. Needless to say, Frank got HIS Way!
If there were a Mount Rushmore of singers in popular music history, Frank Sinatra's would probably be the first face they would carve out of that mountain. He stands head and heels above all others. And I'm not even from his generation; my generation grew up listening to the Beatles. But Sinatra is the man.
Totally agreed. Since discovering the music of Frank Sinatra, I have regarded him as the best of them all. I don’t think I will find better and if there is better, I’m not looking forward to that day of discovery. I couldn’t ask for more from a musical celebrity - except for even more music 😎

Frank Sinatra really did do it his was, He was the first teen idol in the 1940's segued into moves where he sand and danced and even won an oscar in a non-singing role He performed everywhere. His Nickname wames were Teh Voice and Char=irman of the Board. You might want to check out his Las Vegas performance with"The rat Pack consisting of Frankm Dean Martin Peter Lawford, Sammy Davis ,Jr and Joey Bishop. They have the best time on stage!
