Well Nick, I think you should be receiving funding from the Scottish Tourist Board. You're doing more for promoting Scotland than they are! Still doing the Skye routine, regularly and this is an excellent companion. Oh...and work on that Scottish accent a tad...there's a good laddie... 😄🏴

Nick, As someone with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia I really appreciate these shorter, practices. Thank you. Regarding slowing breathing, is this done by trying to draw the inhale and exhale out longer or by increasing the length of pause between inhale and exhale or both? I am finding the slower breathing quite challenging and could use some tips for making progress without it feeling like I am increasing stress on my system. Thanks so much. Absolutely love your teaching
Many thanks for this Nick and Andrew, I'm so glad you've teamed up. I'm already familiar with the Oxygen Advantage due to my seasonal asthma, the books were a great help to me when I was first diagnosed. A recent cold has kicked off my symptoms again, doing this practice is really helping 💜🙏
