Hi Moses, jumpin heights earlier had a bus service from rishikesh to their bungee location at an extra cost, however the same has been discontinued off late... You can reach the bungee location (which is in mohan chatti village) by local bus, though am not aware of the timings and bus stop location.. other ways to reach are by cab, rented two wheeler, etc..
