Pride and glory playing the song in a festival in italy, somewhere around 94. and yes, I am aware that it says Black label society on it. not my fault.
i love bls but man i wish he would pull some of this stuff out. i wouldnt mind hearing some of the same kinda stuff bls does but then hear this bluesy hard rock on one of their albums as well
Damn... I can play the blues, but I'm nowhere near being able to pull so much shit out of nowhere like Zakk can. I love the Pride & Glory, I wish he'd go back to that style of music.
i dunno if james lomenzo played bass for bls right at the start. I know he played on the mafia album but they change bassist quite a bit...Hes a fuckin brilliant bassist. But aye in a way your right ha
The only gibson guitars that are neck thru are the thunderbird & firebird guitars. Set neck means that the neck is glued to the body at the heel where the neck is bolted on fender type guitars
So your the guy that fucked up Zakks design lol, didn't he want a spiral and you gave him the bullseye design. Your not really selling your story very well.
first BLS bassist I believe was John DeServio(JD) he was replaced by Steve Gibb(SOB) who was replaced by Mike Inez who was replaced by Robert Trujillo replaced by James Lomenzo replaced by Mike Inez replaced by JD, I could be wrong about the order and who replaced whho but I think I covered all of BLS bass players
@SabuPtolemy You should check out Order Of The Black. By Far his best BLS. I'll give you his last few CD's have been a little less than I would expect and maybe nothing really to write. He now is clean and lets the band write their own shit too, well worth the listen if you haven't. About his repetitive scale, most guitarists do the same, Iommi, Halen, Page etc. It's their bread and Butter. Don't get me wrong I love P&G, just don't slam BLS SDMF

Well, Brian Tichy is my kind of drummer. This guy knows how to groove a drumkit. And his acoustic sound is great. I think he did a great job on this Pride & Glory album. They should record something new!! TELL US ZAKK, WHEN?????

I love Pride & Glory! I really wish they'd make another album. One just isn't enough! This song and "Lovin' Woman" are my favourites.
Book of Shadows was pretty much the second album IMHO
One of my favorite songs by P&G, ROLL ON ZAKK !!!!!!!
its a Les Paul STD look at the inlays, and ofcouse with EMGS and Drop D tuning :)
The rebel guit fiddle,love it.
thanks for this video...

its a custom Std Gibson Les paul with emg 81/85 Pick ups. Cant rember what that custom is called, but its from the 90s if i rember correct,
So your the guy that fucked up Zakks design lol, didn't he want a spiral and you gave him the bullseye design. Your not really selling your story very well.
a) the drummer for P&G was not a founding member of BLS
b) he doesn't play drums on Fire It Up
c) nick catanese played with P&G as well.
Necks on Les Pauls' are glued in so in order to put a new neck in you would have to be a seriously good luthier.
zakk is the best soloist ever seen
people who think he's a fraud got no ears
go buy manson's brand new CD
hmm... sorry, ture its its not the rebel not that i look at it hard... but what one is it then?
Love older vids
halloimedig, no but hsi bassist in balck lable is the bassist from pride and glory
i think it was the neck that broke in half, and y cant he buy a new neck for it?
that is a zakk wylde les paul, one of a kind! with emg pickups, and a jim dunlop slide
And zakk wylde is playing it
impressive performance damn
in fire it up there is a different drummer. so no, its not BLS

this is a big chorus man!!! pride & glory are the best!!! tell me why zakk continue to play in the fuckin' BLS?!?!? THIS is a ROCK 'N' ROLL BAND!!!
greg d'angelo (ex white lion) is the first drummer of Pride and Glory... he recorded the cd...and he plays drummer in this live concert!
he rules!

Brian Tichey is the drummer I think. He kicked ass. I saw these guys at the Roxy in Phoenix. One of the best shows I've ever seen.
But this isn't BLS, it's Pride and Glory. It's completely different things. They're so good!
...really good piece of music...I like it! zakk was and STILL is a fantastic guitar-player and an authentic singer!
right, but after BLS he joined Megadeth and was awesome on the last record!
Also BLS first line up was Zakk, Nick, JD, and Phil Ondrich
Damn can Zakk play a slide guitar. That is some great sh*t!!!!!!
che cazzo di stile assurdo che trio!!!!!
