Rules 1:scan ur own face even if u alredy have it scan , scan agian 2:don’t leave ur face scan keep it on thier don’t move it at all 3: after u scan da face u want than press Square or X to activate it 4: u should get ah error u wanna press retry than circle 5: when U press retry and than press circle u wanna go to the face right next to your face creation and than go back and click save but u have to do it fast Like Nd comment let me know if I helped u out 💯

If it errors you have to start over - just change player builds before doing it again. I never scan a face back to back on the same player build because 2k starts erroring. The face scan will show on all your player builds.

Move phone in and out or even twist it back and forth - sudden movements can trigger it to take a pic - scan in dark
