In a minute to tea! Favorite recipe for cottage cheese cookies! Quick and very delicious!
Ingredients:
Flour +/- 350 grams
Sugar - 50 grams
Butter - 100 grams
Sour cream (or yogurt) - 150 grams
Egg - 1 pc.
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Vanilla
Salt - a pinch
Filling:
Cottage cheese - 200 grams
Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
Flour - 1 tbsp
Egg white - 1 pc.
For brushing:
Egg yolk - 1 pc.
Milk - 1 tbsp
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes. Baking time and temperature depend on the oven's features
