Juice Movie Description:
Four Harlem friends -- Bishop (Tupac Shakur), Q (Omar Epps), Steel (Jermaine Hopkins) and Raheem (Khalil Kain) -- dabble in petty crime, but they decide to go big by knocking off a convenience store. Bishop, the magnetic leader of the group, has the gun. But Q has different aspirations. He wants to be a DJ and happens to have a gig the night of the robbery. Unfortunately for him, Bishop isn't willing to take no for answer in a game where everything's for keeps.
Juice is a 1992 American crime thriller film directed by Ernest R. Dickerson, and written by Dickerson and Gerard Brown. It stars Omar Epps, Tupac Shakur, Jermaine Hopkins and Khalil Kain. The film touches on the lives of four black youths growing up in Harlem, following their day-to-day activities, their struggles with police harassment, rival neighborhood gangs and their families. The film is the writing and directing debut of Dickerson and features Shakur in his acting debut. The film was shot in New York City, mainly in the Harlem area, in 1991.

Pac's character was immortalized, but he's really the worst, lowest type of nigga.... clout chasing, will do anything for recognition because he aint really doing nothing worthy of respect in his own life. Raheem was "him" based off his looks. Q was a up & coming DJ. Even lil jellyroll earned his respect for being a solid friend. Pac literally had NOTHING going for him... and so he'll literally do *ANYTHING* to feel some power. The exact type of dude that , in a parallel universe, becomes a dirty cop or an overcontrolling boss who all the employees hate. That was Bishop's character. Pac dying in real life just made the character seem legendary... but Bishop is the weakest.. with the least Juice. (Even his dad got raped in prison... that's what he comes from). That's the main paradox in this film. But, of course, it goes over niggas' heads lol bc a lot of ppl who idolize Bishop's character are just like him irl 😭 #masterpiece

So I believe Tupac's dad in the movie was a Jarhead from Vietnam. The movie is set in the 80's and the war was in the 70s. A lot of people came back from Vietnam jacked up for real. Homeless, strung out on drugs, and literally crazy.
