- In the splatoon 2 special weapons version of Inside the Mind, we have already covered the far-reaching sting ray, the powerful splashdown, the smashing ultra stamp, the rolling baller and the flying inkjet. Next up is the paper shield, the ink armor. Ink armor is also a splatoon 2 special which came with the launch of the game. It took bubblers place, and while doesn’t have complete invincibility, it can get a team out of a pinch or grant a team some defense if they need to counter or make a push. If cooperation and planning is right, ink armor can be a game changing special. Inside the Mind Of Splatoon 2 Ink Armor Users is supposed to be a comedic splatoon 2 parody which is explaining what is going through an ink armor user’s head as well as a mini-guide on how to use the ink armor in splatoon 2. I used the bomb-bomb-armor-bomb-bomb trick several times in a music montage I did. I’m really proud of the montage ngl
the first time i went back to splatoon 1, i was in a 1v1 against a jr, they activated bubbler and just went “nOoooooo nooo i don’t got this no more”

Ink armor with dynamo is a really good set imo (totally not biased as I'm a gold dynamo main) even though it doesn't protect you that much, with dynamo it can save you mid flick 🙃

Ink Armor is great for trolling. I've watched some people try to jump-camp my teammates, only to have me activate Ink Armor, invalidating their entire camp.
Don't you love when you have ink armor then a baller hits you so you bump into a splash down.

I can’t explain how many times that I have used ink armor before I get into a battle and the weapons attacks go through my ink aromor and I wasted my special cuz of that :(
Ink armor is just like food, the first bite is good and the rest are there too.
The permanent inkbrush is the best rainmaker weapon.
With ink armor it can help the rainmaker to push.

Using a special refills ink tank
With enough sub saver you can throw two bombs
Step 1: cover yourself in sub saver
Step 2: equip the n-zap 85
Step 3: throw two suction bombs
Step 4: use ink armor
Step 5: throw two more bombs

I used to hate playing support, but I gave Ink Armor a chance and it is quite fun and rewarding to use. But my argument for not using it was that 'just because it helps the team doesn't mean it's fun and has be universally liked by everyone or else you'll be shot'.

I love the n zap because it is awesome for making comebacks and ink armor helps a lot which is my I’m an ink armor user and an n zap user/main

Special power up exist. Case you forgot it makes ink armor form faster and last longer. Also yea I hate that moment when two people use ink armor at the same time, it's sad ;-;

Don't forget to mention what special power up does for ink armour. Special power up decreases the delay between activating your special and receiving the armour, making it a better panic button. It also increases duration of the ink armour.
And I really liked that trick you showed with throwing 2 bombs, activating ink armour and then throwing 2 more. I almost forgot that having enough ink saver sub allows for this. I will have to try it myself

Ink armor, the one special I never use outside of Clam Blitz. It's a good special though most of the weapons that have it I dont really use (I'm not good with most of them), but that's just my experience with it.

in all honesty i just don't care about the team stuff because the ink armour does only 0.1% so i only use the armour as a panic button.
