you should be allowed to spawn a second witherstorm inside of the witherstorm which would kill it from the inside and start the witherstorms phase over back at phase 2 or 3, would be interesting

Actually the Command block I believe counts as an Entity. You need an actual command block. That’s why they couldn’t spawn it.

The command block heart does not work like a command block for the wither storm spawn. It is considered as a entity and it cannot be used at all. It used to be a working command block to spawn the wither storm but now it’s patched however, it’s weird that minecraft has physics that don’t function like real life
