I thought he would've figured out if it was the box or the bag by now. What an amazing version though. You can just ride this song all the way through.
He enjoyed being a rock star (god forbid;) He bought a few nice cars and a gun and those were absolute no go for EV who by then had become the leader of the band, believe it or not was Stone Gossard. Pensaba que esta canción la crearon despues de la salida de Dave Abbruzzese, osea que fue Matt Cameron el que la tocaba, pero estaba equivocado y esta version es mejor y mas fresca.

Agreed
so much different with Dave Abrusseze!!! The best version
Really? Because someways it lacks of rhythm
agree i dont listen to any other version than this one... sounds way better slower than faster
Dave and yellow ledbetter... So amazing
Dave Abbruzzese, you legend. Had goosebumps the whole time. Such a shame they got rid of him.
Agree. Cameron is a fantastic drummer, but he’s always sped thing up. This version has room to breathe, and it shows.
Nah Matt Cameron is 10x better in every way, ability and personality. I will admit that their first 2 records were definitely their best

Dave on Drums-Sheer awesomeness
Another example of Dave Abbruzzese's drumming prowess. No doubt PJ's best work was from 91-94
When He left PJ, was a whole different band
So far my favorite version of Yellow Ledbetter. Dang, can't get enough!
Coming from someone who is sick and tired of this song, I don’t think I’ve ever heard a better live version than this.
The best version of this song ever recorded.. right here
Out of all the other performances, this is without a doubt the best performance of Ledbetter I've heard!

At the 3:22 mark Dave fill is so simple but fills the song so perfectly, made respect for the effort he put into all the ten songs.

Why does he always change the lyrics to this song??
because he's eddie and that's his signature move. personally I love it when he does that
Because it does not matter if it is the box or the bag.
There is technically no lyrics he sings how he feels
Because he has no idea what he sang the first time! And it doesn't even matter.

This was 4 days after Kurt Cobain's body was found, I think his death really made an impact on this performance.
