I have started to regularly listen to all kinds of self hypnosis tapes, not just these, and I have noticed that after the first night I felt great, but after the following nights I had the most bizarre nightmares, plus I would wake up feeling depressed. Has anyone had similar experiences or is that normal? Am I doing something wrong?
