The place is wonderful but i still wonder why open gutters could be accepted in such a newly developing environment, for me its a big shame the developers are so short sighted with no ambision, i mean this is 2022. One advice is they should start planting trees and flowers on all the streets to put the standard of the place much on top cos though the place is really beatiful but a bit look of a desert still reflect if u view it with the asumption of seeing no houses there. Good job.
Honestly the estate is beautiful , I like it . Am waiting to see when skyscrapers wud Start coming up in Enugu and other part of the East for residencial purpose and other usage like we abroad see where we are, at least to maximize land resources in the East
@@FrankMbaogu 3 million annually for a property that cost about 30 million to buy the land and about 80 million to build a standard duplex. That's more than 100 million in total investment. At 3 million annually for rent, you have 60 million after 20 years. This means you still haven't covered you capital after 20 years.
@@anyimmichaelik If you buy a plot of land in the estate which is 1000 SQM, and you want to build for commercial purpose. What you will build is Terrace duplex, 1000sqm can get 3 Terrace duplex of 4bedroom with 2 living rooms, security house and separate gate. Each of the Terrace duplex is being rented for N3m annually and you will be making 9m annually from the property. Chat me up on WhatsApp I can show you how the structures are.

I see some overhead water tanks there.
Is water available there?
I mean does a submersible pump works in that location?
There is water but a constructed well water and you will add pumping machine to be able to pump it up.
