I heard that you need to charge it with a kindle charger and not just any random charger as it can short the battery, i am about to buy one and have been researching lol i hope this may help you with your new one x

I've seen some saying that charging with the same cable as their phone or tablet nuked their kindle's batteries. So, I think it's better to be cautious and use the kindle's charger or some low-voltage charger (I've been binge watching kindle videos as I'm waiting for mine to arrive 🤭)

@@charmie_ranodya you could start with some of the more popular books, so if you’re looking for books on kindle unlimited, I would suggest for mystery The Perfect Marriage by Geneva Rose if you’re looking for romance I love anything by Meghan Quinn and almost all her stuff is on KU. If you want romance with no spice I will recommend The Neighbor War by Katie Bailey. And for fantasy, the zodiac academy series. It’s a pretty long series but so worth it in my opinion! ☺️

Could it have been the magstrip that caused the fast battery drqinage?
