I'm gonna do this right now. I may use 1/4" plywood and glass from unused picture frames. Thanks for giving me a cool project. Love the music you chose.
Okay guys I'd say this works soo well though tbh. I took 3 hrs to make it. But the result was really nice and I'd suggest u to use glasses instead of transparent papers because the image quality is very low in transparent papers. This is really amazing u should try once.
Hey! I made this with a black shoebox (I did not have any black cardboard XD) and it turned out amazing! I also used plastic instead of glass too, and it worked great. Earned a sub from me!
I was thinking of where I could find a similar sized glass. I just remembered I could grab one of a small photo frame and use that to try this with my kids as an activity
Hello! Just a genuine question I am planning to make a supersized version of this using an old LED tv I have and porting my laptop to connect on it so it can display. Would this work properly? I wanted to implement a cool holographic screen for my cyberpunk room. I also wanted to know if there are any alternative clear sheets I can use for this build
You can try replacing normal clear sheets with acrylic panels from another *broken LED TV. Tell me if you could make it! It would be nice you to publish your results.
Easy suggestion. Take a picture frame , remove the picture and backing. Now you have a framed reflective surface to install or use to reflect the image! The thinner the glass the better so there is no noticeable double image reflection from front and back surfaces.
Yes it does work in light, but the effect of the hologram seems to become less robust and less vibrant in some ways when a light source is added in the ambient environment.
Can I use a piece of pink shag rug in place of the iphone? Can I backlight the bottome with black thick opaque foam completely covering the loght source, and can I step on it without getting my feet dirty?
Hello, sorry, I want to ask. Does this 3D hologram projector have anything to do with the study of light waves, if so, what are the characteristics of light waves? I'm sorry if I ask too much because I think I want to make this tool for my light wave project. and I'm sorry for my bad English because it's not my first language
Do I have to use black cardboard for it work? That is, can I use a regular cardboard not black? plzz answer me *If you answer me, plz put a heart so I will receive the heart notification because my phone isn't receiving replies. I played with the settings by mistake🤦🏽♂️
Hey its super and i had made this now and its good but its not clear like the background of hologram video its visible and its not looking like a real hologram its like only a reflection of this video on glass so how can i fix it help plz 😅❤😊😊
In this DIY application, the thickness of the glass is probably negligible, a glass pane taken out of a small picture frame will work well. I just completed this demo last nite and the prototype is working nominally. Let me know if you have any issues.

For the glass part I used the glass from a photo frame and it works fine :)
ah ok
Yeah Thanks
Thanks😊

U mean use glass instead of that black cardboard
Thank you for your suggestion bro

hi, I'm doing a presentation about holograms in high school and have a question, is this just normal glass?
Where can you buy these glasses . Please reply fast 😢

Wow, what a great idea! Now I want to make this! 👍🏻💖
Go for it!

did you do this?
I thought the same, acrylic should do the same job and are lighter weight than glass@@Ziel3898
did you finally do this? i would love to see how i turned out if you're willing to share it
Don't leave us hanging, did you do it?
This is absolutely FANTASTIC! Thank you so much for sharing with us! You ROCK!💥❤
note this will turn out better the clearer the glass, and the darker the room
It's work ?
Does the room need to be dark or can the confined space of the hologram be dark. For instance in a helmet behind a tinted face shield?

Transparent papet
Glass? Instead of this can we use.. Stick File transparent paper? ?
Yes, You can use the transparent paper, but image quality will be low.
It is ok

Se eu fizer com acrílico transparente, a espessura do acrílico conta para a qualidade da imagem?
Ok what are these pieces he cut out made of? Where can I get them? Is it plain glass he put on top?
Hi Michelle. Im sure you skipped the most important part. Lol Materials used provided on 0:38. Give it a try its pretty cool! Gl
What are the measurements when u cut off the parts from the triangles
It was shown at the beginning of the video.
Does this work with any type of glass?
I made a much easier one out of transparent wrap, just not that complicated and the result was amazing, but this one is beautiful as well♡♡♕♕
How did u made it?? Wasn't it difficult with the shape?
Can you tell that... which type of glass you are using in this video?
Because I want to do this experiment ...😊
Super Bro Nice 👍🙂👍👍 work awesome 😎 I am working school project 💯💯
You can use a fish aquarium too and I wonder if it works with. Mini projector instead of ohone
My man, you've made a teleprompter. Fun to do if you have spare photo frame laying around yo borrow glass from though
It was amazing 😉
Do you think this could be scaled up and instead of a phone use a projector and use a bigger glass with a bigger platform?
This is amazing😊

Wow!! Thank you!! Does this also work as a regular projector? This is awesome!!
I don’t see how this could be used as a regular projector
Wow Super Amazing!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩
Its quite interesting. I have a question, how thick is the glass? Is it 3 mm or 4 mm?
Thinner the better....
Do we need to get black card boards because in my project I need to use blue and it’s drew on it stitch
Hmm this is interesting, I might try this with a 3d printer and raspberry pi to make it standalone

Excuse me. Did you try this? How would we convert the 3d image into 3d video style for the projection do you know?
can you tell me the stationary that has been used
Cardboard, hard card stock boards, etc., any semi-hard surface material will function for the application.
You mean Stationery.
Awesome!!! I'm gonna make one!
It is very useful for science experiment🎉
Nice work 💫💫
Thanks 🔥
