    200g Udon noodles
    180g ground beef 5% fat
    1 pak choi
    1 onion
    5g oil
    Salt, black pepper, 1/4tsp cumin, 1/4tsp garlic powder
    Spicy sauce:
    20g light mayo
    5g honey
    10g gochujang
    Peanut sauce:
    20g light mayo
    5g honey
    10g peanut butter or 13g powdered peanuts with a splash of water
    Combine sauce ingredients and mix in a small bowl. Chip up vegetables.
    Start by cooking the udon noodles in boiling salted water. After 1 minute give them a gentle shake to loosen them and let them cook for another 1-2 minutes.
    Fry the vegetables in a pan with 2g of oil on medium heat with a pinch of salt. After 3-4 minutes push them to the side of the pan, add another 2g of oil, and add the beef. Try to separate the meat as much as possible so it gets in contact with the pan for maximum browning.
    Add seasonings and after the beef gets sauteed for 1 minute mix everything in the pan. Let the meat cook for another minute.
    Drain the water from the pot with the noodles, add the noodles to the pan, and give it a stir. Remove the pan from the heat, add your sauce, and mix everything, done!
