You've got the case on backwards, the pocket is to have easy access to stuff and if the cover is on properly, it would be close to your body. The big hole is for your handle.
Hi! On my Peggie's date code is inside small zipped pocket inside the trank.Look for a vacchetta small peace of leather attached to nylon fabric. Hope it helps.
