Correct. Not only that, sometimes the order comes too late as well. I faced this issue myself. I had to return it the first time. Finally received the correct product at the second time

Now when i optioned for replacement they r again saying it will take 11 days to replacement. Bro iam like wtf now, a simple product will take 20-21 days to come, and while it's doesn't arrive i might meet an accident and could die without wearing helmet. Iam damned hyper now.
Randoms brother, if you feel like this is a duplicate product please replace it. Wait for another 11 days, ride safely until then(even after 11 days too :p). I had the same problem too. Had to wait 7-8 days, even after that it didn't came. Finally, I had to cancel that order and re-order it. Since, you've already received it kindly replace and hopefully you'll get a better product this time.

It's the exact same as it came out of the box. Of course, there are a few scratches but that's my fault. Dropped it multiple times yet no damage.
