Quantity doesn't matter. Training for quality and efficiency. Some NBA players train for 1-2 hours per session but quality minutes. An example of this is JJ Redick. But you will always hear stories of players like Kobe that trained for 3-4 hours before a game. Whatever feels right for you.
Hilary Hahn (virtuoso violinist) says she never practices more that 3 hrs a day. There's a point of diminishing returns, and you can put a strain on your body (different injury risks for violinists and basketball players, of course).
I really see it as myself as footwork drills for a step back , seeing how JC playing this year especially with that step back he’s gotten way more comfortable with taking that shot if it’s not a catch and shoot situation
Clarkson -too much of a score first a player- getting better by the minute like every other great 2 guards and you know the list. Come playoff time; Im not sure if he can lock guys up and get more stops against the other 2 guards?
Why travel to shoot from 3(Harden's a joke), the midrange jump shot is coming back. Remember Kobe? Remember Olajuwon? Remember Iverson? Easier to shoot the closer you are, logic. Make yourself worth the unGodly money they pay you.

Very hard working player, always hitting the gym
How long do the pros normally work out for? Like how long was this workout and was this the only thing you worked on?

1-2 hours twice a day plus a hour weights so basically 3-5 hours

He needs to start as a point guard for a team now his proved himself to be a starter
wow my kabayan jc awesome owyeah

i am a jazz fan
I dont know about the 80s and 90a routine. But are they doing this? This should be a drill. Like in table tennis 🏓 they do drills for precision.
Idol jc
where is the shotblocker ?
0:16 harden could probably do that in game and get away with it
kobe was the most complete arsenal in the game ever.\
Somebody plz put a pic of him next to dior johnson cause they look the same

Clarkson needs to be a starter I feel like Jazz is wasting his full potential by making him a 6th man.
Should've played more against the Suns on 12/31; Bojan bombed in a bad way
#KaiSotto take notes on how to become not just an nba player but an ELITE nba player

James harden

That ain't shit because James Harden do all those footwork moves without dribbling in real games 😂😂😂😂

Clarkson isn’t a winning player. Just empty calories on offense and olay defense.
When you got the defense he has it's okay for his D to be lacking. Mans a walking bucket and Utah has made him better
Lol you obviously didn't know shit about Basketball.
Why the hell would you practice traveling?. Terrible footwork.
