Yay, so excited for the China vlogs! Absolutely loved the ones from your last visit there. Y'all should definitely make sure to visit Hong Kong some time. I lived there for one semester, and it is hands down one of the most awesome places ever (:
Any vlog by you two is worth it
Usually, when your first flight got delayed and you are late on your connecting flight, then a ground stewardess is supposed to pick you up and get you to your gate way quicker. This already happened to me twice, once with Cathay Pacific as well when I was flying from Shanghai to Taipei on a layover in Hong Kong. A ground stewardess picked up the ones who had a connecting flight and gave us new tickets for the next flight.
And once, this happened from Shanghai to Frankfurt with a layover in Dubai with FlyEmirates. I was picked by a ground stewardess again and she led us quickly through the fast lane of the security checks and I made it to my flight in time.
Aaaahhh! I miss Shanghai!!! Such a gorgeous city! The Jiangsu Province is great too! Guess you will be going to Suzhou and other water canal cities in the province as well :) Have fun guys!

This is my worst nightmare. The only time I came close to missing a flight was in Dubai and I remember running across the airport from one end to the other and it was horrible. Now I get everywhere 3 hours earlier and don't ever book flights with tight connections.

Did the same flight from Hong Kong to Shanghai! If you guys ever get a chance to explore Hong Kong it’s awesome. Excited to see the rest of the vlogs! Btw the window into the bathroom is very common, and not too practical...
When you go back to Shanghai, and assuming you are flying to Pudong Airport (there are two), don't forget the ride on the Maglev train, where you go 400km/hour.
I once spent 8 hours at home before heading off again 😂 I absolutely hate it when one plane is delayed and messes up all you’re connections. My memorable one was in Dubai airport when I was traveling to Ghana. Jess I love you’re hair - I’m thinking of cutting mine that short but not sure about taking the plunge! Great editing as always!
Kinda funny that the last time you switched your calendar when you left for you last trip it was a picture from your last China trip! This is absolutely true... i had a connecting flight from the philippines to abu dhabi... but i have stop over in hongkong... my flight to abu dhabi was in a very far gate from where i was... i was literally running because i was gonna miss my flight... they were about to close the gate but i made it... but i almost almost missed it...

I missed a flight last Thursday in Osaka, Japan. It was the worst feeling. I never thought I would miss one since I don't come late in my daily whatabouts. So, I tried to be a chance passenger but failed. I stayed overnight at KIX. And paid for a new plane ticket heading to Melbourne. :((
