For point 8 ... I would add while you may not have the drive to be an entrepreneur, think about becoming an intrapreneur. Work to become the best version of yourself for the company you work for so you can raise ranks, become valuable along with the benefits of earning more money.

Looked into this and needed commercial space. Everything was over 15k per year in rent for less than 1000sqft. Business rates at 50% means it’s almost impossible to even take a punt. It’s a joke. Worked out almost 30k just to put the lights on.
Great feedback, some businesses definitely require a lot more capital investment than others. Maybe look into other business ideas with lower capital requirements.
Haha fair point, I'll try and do an update video at some point in the coming weeks. You never know if you start your own business you might make enough money that house prices become irrelevant. We can't control the housing market but we can control how much we make 🤑
