Well, I grew up in Chicago and always watched Big Ten teams. Illinois fan, also followed Indiana (sister grad), Michigan, Michigan State and Northwestern having family and friends going to those schools. I went to Iowa band camp in junior high school. My long time friend, Jim Sheppard, served as public-address announcer for University of Illinois football and basketball games from 1985 to 2007. Never missed a game. Tonight will be fun watching the Illini and Nebraska.

Hey guys, we all know it’s difficult to win on the road in college football, yet big powerful schools like Georgia and Ohio State play schedules that have eight home games and four road games, sometimes it’s three home games and a neutral site game less than an hour away, like Georgia and Clemson this year, now Georgia only has three true games the rest of the year wild teams like Oregon has six home games and six away games and USC has six home games and 5 True Rd. games and one neutral site game that was 70% LSU fans and 30% SC fans. Schedules are not fair or balanced in Alabama has used this tactic for the entire Nick Saban era to win championships!
