So a Jewish German composer wrote a fantasy for violin and orchestra, based on a French Opera, which is played here by a lovely exceptionally talented Korean Violinist and a great Korean Orchestra... I think this is an example of how civilization is supposed to work! Thanks for the delightful upload!
She makes this inferior (to Sarasate's) Carmen potpourri completely enjoyable. It's her performance that draws me to this composition. She has the compelling h golden Midas touch that makes everything She plays irresistible.
