Anyway, Saw V has sins, yo.
Thursday: Sins... I forget which one, sorry.
Remember, no movie is without sin. Which movie's sins should we count next?

The moral of the story is bring the corpse of the first person to die into each new room and use them to bypass all of the torture traps. Oh no we have to stick our hands into this box full with saws to fill up a jar with blood. Jerry, mind if we borrow you for a sec. It's kinda like a utility tool, you never know you're gonna need it, but it sure is convenient to have.
It wouldn't work as well with a dead person since there is no longer blood flow. I guess it would be possible but it'd be very difficult without bleeding helping the process
That why you go for the chest cavity or lower torso region where all the juicy organs are located. My favorites are the liver and the kidneys. I mean... Um.. I wouldn't personally know from experience or anything.. >. >
I may be wrong but, after the 1st room with the keys the door is closed so you have the 4 of them. Dude dies and goes everywhere so you cant really work with him. Plus even if they brought the first girls body they weren't smart enough to share the chamber with the alive guy so why a headless body? Then in the next room, as pointed out in the vid, shawty who got shocked needed to stay getting shocked to power the door to be opened so the body couldn't have been removed anyway. Unless ofc once the maximum charge was achieved it stayed unlocked? Idk these movies don't really have logic to them
@stripe801 If we're being real the chick that got decapitated didn't need to die. The first person to get out of their collar could have easily gotten the keys to let the rest of the group out, but that wouldn't have been as entertaining I guess.
I thought that as soon as they left the room and the bombs exploded, they wouldn’t be able to go back since the doors locked?
Fun fact - the decapitated body was actually a real body and not a dummy. Actresses head was hidden so well, even actors who were in the same room, did not know it's a live body. When the body moved, all of them kinda freaked and started questioning their decision to accept that job. Until they realized "the body" also had a head attached when actress showed it. Directors did that so it would be convincible for audience, and also to freak out cast members as a prank. Win-win.
While I was reading this I thought you meant it was a real decapitated body
@@oranphillips6940 Same I was like wth
@@oranphillips6940 I definitely had to read it a couple times 😂😂

I know they’re trash, but the Saw movies along with the Final Destination movies are my guilty pleasures.
These movies definitely aren’t trash. The way all these movies are intertwined with each other is what makes the series so interesting.
The hatchet series & texas chainsaw massacre series were really good as well, especially the first hatchet, uncut version.
Same
Saw movies are far from trash. And the first 3 Final Destination movies either. Can't say the same for the fourth and fifth
@@Dark_Mishra Have to agree with this. I remember one summer my friend and I binged all 7 movies and we were amazed at how well some aspects of the story intertwined. I really just watched to see the deaths though haha!

I’ll be honest I hate these movies because they created the torture porn craze that ruined the horror genre but I really like cinema sins even though these movies are very unpleasant.
The SAW movies make you want to be a saint in your life, just in case some dude actually wants to be like Jigsaw and you become one of the victims.
Ok

Peter Strahm: "You were supposed to be the hero! You were the chosen one! It was said that you would destroy The Sith, not join them!"
My opinion, the dark glass room in the first saw is the most brutal, Jigsaw really hated that guy. The guy was poisoned, naked with a flammable substance with glass on the room and small candle, with a combination of numbers somewhere on a wall....yeah right he was not winning that one
And all because he called in sick from work, when he actually wasn't sick

I actually did this last night and I woke up in my brothers bathroom he live 3 states away from me 😂😂😂😂😂😂
I just hope that when he does Saw VI, he removes a sin for “Right now you’re feeling helpless.”
Seriously. That’s SYMBOLISM. In a SAW movie.
On the "who will be the odd one out" sin, I think the meaning was actually meant to be that one person would be in a tube on their own.
that actually makes sense, especially since it fits the "just misleading enough" cliche with the puzzle clues
I was just about to comment this, I'm glad somebody else understood what he meant. In a way, Jigsaw is giving them a clue to salvation, just like his "I implore you to do the opposite" comment that Mallick realizes later on.
Man watching this without knowing the storyline feels like I'm listening to an audiobook while also catching a One sided phone call as well as people passing by me trying to strike up a conversation. It's a verbal map of loops, roundabouts, dead ends, and roads that branch off into like 17 other roads.

That is NOT how electricity works
you're assuming all 5 cables are from the same supply. They all could easily have their own circuit and it would make sense
I own every Saw movie, and I've seen this one over 10 times. I've never heard the first victim say, "I did what I was supposed to do." Is this a director's cut or something?????
Every saw movie has an unrated version, you might have a different ine
Ikr I never heard what he said
Ive always heard that
Hah, directors CUT... I’ll leave now
Yes, the "I did what I was supposed to do..." line only happens in the Unrated Director's Cut, which is considerably more gruesome than the R-Rated Theatrical Cut.
You missed one in the elevator scene. Jigsaw would have a hard time knocking him out with whatever was in that syringe considering he didn't depress the plunger!
naa he did do it, its just not shown in this RUclips video cut.
After all these years they’ve finally continued the Saw series

1 sin to you:
Am now completely confused about the timeline
The timeline? Or the movie timeline? The timeline has absolutely nothing to do with Saw but thats neither here nor there and i guess respect . You have a dope dog!
Holy shit finally.
@Mr. 7Reality About 3 years ago.
The odd man out referred to in the 2nd room is the one who should be alone in the tunnel just FYI ;)
4:40 Signing on to Team Jigsaw requires you to make at least one diorama. It's like a really dark version of Community.
Is it the true darkest timeline?
The first outtake with the "working with jigsaw" parody might be my favorite outtake of all time!
There was a very early moment in Saw2 where all the writers said "Let's make this a puzzle piece thing and then make all the pieces fit!", and six movies later, it still needs a few pieces.
Ok so last night i was having a nightmare But at the midle of the suposed nightmare cinemasins voice just appeared out of nowhere and started narating it.Lets just say i woke up really confused
Actually to answer your question; yes a sentence can be reduced from 25 to 5 if the convicted can show technically in elements of the case. I've seen men in prison in Louisiana get 25 years reduced to 5 for "conflict of interest" (which you pointed out), "contaminated evidence", "evidence tempering" "officer abusing (beating the crap out of) suspect". Many things if officers don't cross their I's and dot their t's.
Fun fact: I watch all the movies of saw franchise because I'm alone hahahaha
If you guys are still doing horror movies, would like to see you sin *13 Ghost* next.

Fucking for real. I've been waiting forever for him to do that movie. I love it, but I know it's full of sins.
17:52 The drug dealer was Xavier, from Saw II.
How?
The "odd man out" comment in trap 2 was referring to the 1 person who would be in a tube alone assuming that all 5 people had made it to the room. 4 people would pair up and go into 2 tunes leaving the 5th person the odd man out in the 3rd tube by himself

Anyone else excited for Spiral?
Eh a comedian who isn’t Jordan Peele producing a horror movie. Might be okay but not really excited
I almost was then I saw the trailer and... No, not really no.
*Absolutely*, considering it's directed by SAW 2, 3, and 4 director Darren Lynn Bouseman....
I was until I found out it was being pushed back. Fuckin covid.
No. No. No.
That awful trailer combined with Samuel L. yelling "motherfucker" instantly turned the series into Scary Movie levels of parody. The trailer alone made me rethink my hatred of Saw 7.
1:04 I agree. An explanation is the first couple of Saws at least the puzzles were designed by Jigsaw/John himself, the ones after that were designed by Amanda and another guy I forget the name of who had a different approach.
1:40 Other than he was in shock and/or had his body pumped full of adrenaline after everything he had just gone through which would cause him to act very impulsive and irrational.
Besides needing a lot of money, resources and time (which would be difficult when you're a full-time detective) you would also need advanced engineering knowledge to build some of those traps as well as specialist equipment which would need to be purchased from somewhere (which an investigation could trace). Building some of the traps in the movie would be extremely difficulty to pull off as well as avoiding getting caught when the police find the scene and investigate. The chained-to-pipes trap in the first movie was the one I found the scariest to watch and that's because it's pretty much one of very few "realistic" traps which a criminal could pull off in real-life.
The "here's the shit you didn't know" score is one of my personal favorite film scores of all time. Always worth a sin off.
I love you added a clip from "Working with Jigsaw" at the end.

Oh my sweet summer child
Thats how I think about star wars movies every time disney releases another one
I watch 2 and thought there was only 2, but 5!? How and why?
@@tatemink1343 There are actually 8. The original Saw was the whole chained to a wall plotline, Saw 2 was the house with the deadly gas that they had to get out of and Amanda was revealed to be an apprentice, Saw 3 was the death of Jigsaw and Amanda, Saw 4 was the introduction of Hoffman as a Jigsaw apprentice, Saw 5 was the Hoffman on his own plotline, Saw 6 was the health insurance traps (this one's my personal favourite), Saw 7 (AKA Saw 3D) revealed that Dr Gordon was an apprentice since his trap and Jigsaw was a reboot.
You put “how’s the peeping Tommy” in practically every video but still haven’t sinned The Talented Mr. Ripley!

Now that I think about it, both saw and danganronpa have a few things in common. They have a mastermind, they bring people for a type of killing "game" and other noise. But Saw's mastermind's motive is to point out messed up stuff to humanity and shows "mercy" if we can call that mercy, in Danganronpa Junko can give no flying FLUCK about people's lives! She just wants to show everyone despair to everyone. If anyone else knows about danganronpa and helps me point out the differences, let me know so i can understand it more between the two.
What always bugged me is that for the final trap, why didn't they immediately think of taking the dead girl they just killed in the last room and using her to fill the jar with blood?!?!
I think the doors close shut - so no backtracking for them.

How can the dialogue between Hoffman and Kramer at 15:10 even be possible? Saw IV and Saw III are simultaneous, so Hoffman should stay immobilized over the fake electric chair at that moment. Also, before staying in that chair, he should have also kidnapped Rigg, the lawyer and the other guy of the initial scene of Saw IV, husband and wife of the school, the prostitute, not mentioning all the traps he had to prepare (the hair-ripping machine for the prostitute, the numerous lances perfectly stuck in the bodies of husband and wife, the trap in the hotel, those immense blocks of ice to crush Matthews head). All this set up had to be ready in the period in which Rigg, after being kidnapped, was sleeping, I think at most a few hours. LOL
Narrator guy went back to that victim list more than the first Saw movie went back on that parking lot scene with Dr. Gordon.

The plot: memorizing every Digit of PI

10:42 you can see that Hoffman is about to draw the gun, so John is forced to act quick, that's why he waited until now I suppose.
To be fair, in SAW I, Jigsaw is already an established serial killer. They know who he is. The Wire Trap wasn't the first trap, it's just where the majority of the story for the films begins.

@@macklinillustration oh yeah, youre right
i only see a second hand. on most standard clocks seen in public buildings, schools, etc. the hour and minute hands are black, and the skinny red hand is seconds. How tf did Hoffman build a giant ass pendulum trap alone he’s a Detective not an engineer also he built it prior to meeting John and it’s like one of the more sophisticated traps in the series as well it’s honestly a huge plot hole that the makes of the film didn’t think of they probably were so wrapped up in wanting to create more sophisticated traps that they completely forgot that one of them was made by Hoffman in his pre Jigsaw days
