I question how valid your reviews are when you are reviewing a GE dehumidifier but showing a unit clearly labeled Frigidaire?
If you want to replace your dehumidifier in a relatively short amount of time buy the Frigidaire.
I was sent the 50 Pint unit as a replacement for the 70 pint unit and it only lasted three months.
Frigidaire told me I’m SOL

Unfortunately no one has yet make a unit that last longer than a year or two. So just buy one with a warranty
GE warranty isn't really a warranty. It is a partial reimbursement if you purchase another GE product.

Most dehumidifiers are made by LG! And relabelled for other companies.
What about a small room with like 90% hunidity?

Don’t buy a big box store dehumidifier without a warranty. You have been warned. If you buy one without a warranty, you’ll be out a dehumidifier after one season, and you’ll be enabling stores to sell you junk that they know lasts for one season and breaks. You may or may not get a hassle when you go to cash in on your warranty. These companies need sued class action for selling junk.
To the contrary it will last. We’re not shoving anything under anyone’s throat! Thank you for passing by.
