Well done Jake. Your times are amazing. Running can get addictive. I have had experienced that myself. It id great to know you can run a 5k. You have certainly inspired me to get back in to running. I have let it lapse for a couple of years but I know it is possible to regain fitness quite quickly. I have already done 2 runs this week.
Amazing progress! It's nice to have a goal but be careful putting too much pressure and training into this new area, I'm sure you have other goals with the other exercises you do and you want to keep an eye on your progress in all areas, not just in running.
