I don’t think Vader actually “broke” her lightsaber, my theory is that Reva’s lightsaber can split into 2 weaker blades, as you can see it comes apart quite easily and if you look closely there was no sign of damage on the miniature hilts, they are a lot smaller than the average lightsaber blade and it made a unique sound when activated (Probably due to less Kyber crystal energy being sent through it) They probably can just clip back together very easily, thus explaining why her lightsaber looked normal at the end.
