It will be an exciting journey to see all the ARKs in an upgraded graphical state from what ARK Survival Evolved was into what ARK Survival Ascended has become using the new Unreal Engine. We will be doing some vanilla ARK Survival Ascended gameplay as well as modded ARK Survival Ascended gameplay throughout our journey as well as a ton of ARK Survival Ascended base building on each of the ARKS so sit back, relax & join me on our journey in our ARK Survival Ascended gameplay!
•About ARK: Scorched Earth Ascended:
Stranded dehydrated & starving in a vast desert, even the most seasoned ARK survivors must quickly find water, hunt for food, harvest, craft items, and build shelter to have any chance for survival. Use skills honed on ARK's faraway Island to kill, tame, breed, and ride the fantastical new creatures that have evolved to survive the Desert's ultra harsh conditions, including... DRAGONS! Travel back and forth between the Island and the Desert to team up with hundreds of players across both worlds or play locally!
EXPLORE A NEW WORLD
Scorched Earth takes ARK players to an entirely new land, composed of six unique, desert themed biomes - dunes, high desert, mountains, canyons, badlands and oasis - each with their own aesthetic and ecosystem. Littered with ruins, geysers, and intricate ancient cave systems, survivors will find a whole new frontier to explore and master.
TAME NEW CREATURES
The biomes of Scorched Earth are filled with dangerous new creatures, and the intrepid survivor will find that many of them can be tamed. Among others, lead a caravan of the camel-like Morellatops, or rain fire down upon your enemies from the back of an elemental Wyvern. Just mind your step, or you might attract a Death Worm!
CRAFT OVER 50 NEW ITEMS
Using what resources they can scrounge together, survivors can craft distinct new outfits and structures to beat the heat, and new tools to help them survive in this desolate environment. Players can use whips, boomerangs, flamethrowers, chainsaws, and much more to defend themselves, or such things as tents, wells, wind turbines, and oil refineries to provide their bases with resources. When used creatively, these tools can open up whole new strategies for survival, self defense or epic tribal warfare.
CONQUER NEW CHALLENGES
Prepare yourself for dangerous electrical storms, blinding sand storms, befuddling heat stroke, and unleash the power of the mysterious Obelisks to come face-to-face with the ARK’s deadliest boss creature to date - the ferocious Manticore! Yea will do it again (probably off camera) and just take a few Lightning in and see how low I can go with the number to farm some element

Awesome fight idk if it was any harder just seemed like it had more health so took a bit longer still a great fight. I’m also going to do all 3 with dragons they do so well.

Awesome video, fight was super clean! Manticore head issue got me thinking, could it be because it's in the shadow of the stairs? Are they broken or just texturing ? Might be worth a check?
I have tried to place it on other walls and they both still look broken

What armor set is that? Where does it come from? If you said sorry I didn’t hear it.
You get the skin parts from all 3 of the Manticore fights and Alpha Deathworm
The worst part of that fight is cleaning up the dragons afterword. The Dino Depot mod is great! Pretty much the same as Dino Storage v2. Same concept, looks a bit different. Armor skins look awesome!
Yea they are a pain since they are all flying when we leave the arena 😫
I saw a video of a guy doing it with 7x 170 lightning wyverns with 9k hp. Did you use the full 19? If so, seems like mega overkill, but once you have the breeders, doesn't really matter.

I’ve tamed 2 Phoenix so far. One was light green and the other orange. I hate their new tails tho. They look terrible.
Question, what map were you heading to on the ascension? You know before Rockwell yanked you to abb. It couldn't have been the next in release. Extinction takes place on Earth. What's you opinion on this?
Aberration as you are falling into one of the holes that goes from the surface down into the ARK
@BemoGuinness yes but you are clearly heading to an ARK that is not Abb when Rockwell pulls you to Abb. We are supposed to get 2 more story maps. Or perhaps it's the center, 1 of the other mod maps.
The Story maps go The Island>Scorched Earth>Aberration>Extinction>Gen1>Gen 2. You only ascend off the story maps
@BemoGuinness Ah but that is the point I am trying to point out. The next story map your character is ascending to can not be extinction, for it takes place on Earth. Your character is traveling towards an ARK. Then you are diverted to Aberration by Rockwell. So what I am suggesting is that the ARK you traveling toward is 1 of the 2 story maps. The 2 story maps the devs said would be coming to the ascended story. They said the 2 new story maps would fill in gaps of the time line. It is just a hypothetical question to stir the pot, and get the theory out there about what ARK were we supposed to be ascending to when we are diverted by Rockwell.

No they are less than the Lightning ones
