I really appreciate your videos. Your real and human reactions to losing and your willingness to let us see that is refreshing and welcome. I can totally relate to wanting to curse, after a loss or a bad move so thank you for being real. Likewise, the excitement in your voice as you crush your opponents is also very entertaining. I also really appreciate that you are not doing “shout outs“ during your chess games like so many other RUclipsrs because that crap is very annoying. Please continue making great instructional videos for us

You had some heartbreaks, like against Pragg and Harshavardhan, but that game against Decuigniere (where essentially you were giving time odds and playing a Bullet game) was pure focused beauty and was well-earned recovery point (played to mate!). Once again, top banter, top creativity, and top education from the chess world's top streamer. That "positional chess" bit at the final game was hilarious. White's knight was like a drunk on a pub crawl far away from home, lost his keys, passed out, and froze to death in an alley.

Hi simon you're right positional chess is nonsense.
I created the right version of chess with no positional chess involved.
You change the original position of the black king and queen (only them!) and that's it.
The starting position suddenly become asymetric. Short castle by both side lead to an opposite side castle position.
Just to make sure it stay that way I also abolished long castle.
The game is validated by engine. It's balanced. All game become crazy attack. Even stockfish wanna play g5 and h5 in every mainline.
I'm absolutely sure this is what chess should have been. In the beginning in chaturanga the starting position was assymetrical! Even in japanese chess the starting position is assymetrical.
Anyway hope you test it one day :)
