Dimash had been trained in Taekwondo when he was younger, plus, yes, one of his childhood hero was none other than Jackie Chan, the action super star, so this MV he wanted to do some "action". MJ was a big influence on him as well. Dimash is channeling 007 and John Wick , kicking everyone's butts while still totally Dimash with a great sense of humor. Got to love him! Oh, and the car is a Dodge Challenger BTW. In his digital show video, he used a red Mustang.

The idea behind the “Be with Me” arrangement comes from Dimash (composer). He did a demo and added a dombra part. Yerlan Bekchurin, his friend and permanent arranger, got to work. He said, 'I think that deep down we were all inspired by the work of Michael Jackson, Quincy Jones and Stevie Wonder ...'
Dimash commissioned Jordan Arakelyan and Dauren Shamuratov to write the lyrics for the composition. Jordan wrote the most important English texts and Dauren wrote Kazakh rap.
The director Radislav Lukin praised Dimash's professionalism and acting skills. He took a maximum of 3 shots per cut. Cameraman Azamat Dulatov says that 'Be with Me' MV is a brand new genre. 70 people worked on this MV and it reached 1 million views after just 5 days.

John Wick - yes, that's it - I know people talk about the MJ influence and the JC one as well...but first time I saw this I thought, yeah...a bit but there's something else there couldn't put my finger on it...but you did :) And I think it's the Keanu Reeves influence at a deeper level too [cause I can see DQ doing a Matrix quite easily] as they are very similar in a lot of ways...great great reaction - you are so enthusiastically natural - look forward to the upcoming ones on DQ.
