A succesful TRPU will serve as a blueprint for a Bromsgrove to Weston-S-Mare upgrade. I hope NR is producing a digital twin of the Bristol to Birmingham route now to build a case for its electrification, including Filton Bank.

What about the segment between York and Scarborough? Are we not worthy of sharing the upgrade?
Our fares will no doubt go up to pay for what others will benefit from.

Looks all rosey as you say except for the residents and businesses working and living by the Fall Lane Access Point, your proposals haven't really notified what you had planned for that area to the people there but I guess they do not matter in your plans

Hit the north was a song by the fall in about 1990, couldn't they think of something more original?

If the Swiss can do most things cheaper than the UK, we need to get some people in from there to see what were doing wrong. Everything in the UK now seems so over engineered

Trans-pennine express company comment: Train delayed - tried to get compensation - sent all the relevant evidence (very time-consuming and a purposely ridiculous maze to negotiate) then the clowns there sent a mail saying claim denied as the delay was under 15 minutes when it was CLEARLY from all the evidence OVER 15 minutes. Won't be travelling with this lot ever again.
