My timing is bad, we just camped along the Oregon coast, tried my luck with metal detecting but no luck, never did try panning but had I known about you we could've been working together 😉 Best of luck out there!!
@ Takes some doing, but I’ve gotten pretty good at it through trial and error. First I run it through my fine gold cleanup sluice then my new miller table
I've been catching up on your videos, growing up here the beach mining/ bk sand deposits was part of my family stories . My family settled here in 1914

@@raytruesdell7873 I don’t much about the beaches further north sorry. The best deposits are south around here. Might be worth it to google some. I bet you will find black sand somewhere or just try any creek that feeds into the beach.

Is the gold coming out of the Ocean or out of the creek.
