HELP, I jammed my shredder, I have gotten everything out except right in the center there are 2 little clogs (paper). I have tried everything except the oil , and I will try it. Those little things will not move. I have gone forward and rev, etc quite a few times, NOTHING. HELP
Well, from asking our technicians they say that the best thing is to take some needle-nose pliers or something similar to grab on to it really well and pull it out when the motor is in reverse. They also mentioned to NEVER use water to try and fix it, as this expands the paper. You can send us your machine to to fix it for you or look for a local company to help you out as well. If it's an inexpensive machine it may not be worth it, though, so trying to get it out yourself may be the best. You can also call us for to talk through your problem: 1-800-944-4573
Actually I think using oil you just fried chicken in is the best. You're recycling and it smells like KFC! Somebody pass me the biscuits and cole-slaw!
