Yes it's a real mental anxiety, i think she means she literally engaged the demons herself to know what she is she uncovered them to be less EVIL than her... That doesn't sound like mental health it sounds to me like she literally met with them to know and it was relating the experience of her thoughts as she walked that realm. She uncovered she was worse than them. So her discovery made her anxious and frightened thinking they were going after her but in reality she was the one who was evil to know why they trembled or ran from her... She was cruel enough to make them leave.

The kids at school would hate me and I had barely friends. That was during the year of 2019-2020.. and when I go back to school, I will scare them, I used to, but not that much. I didn’t try to though, so I should be able to. They will regret everything.

To me, this song is the sad reality we live in. To make yourself into a person, you must abandon all human traits, like compassion, and always stay on top of yourself, because there is always at least one person that wants to bring you down, for reasons ranging from jealousy to just be nasty to someone.
