Is it that bad to try playing an instrument you don't already have that belongs to someone else? It's even better if you know another instrument and try playing your favorite tune on another instrument. I have done that, liked it, recommend it, 10/10, played Enter Sandman on a Cretan Lyra. It took me a bit to figure out the fingering and was shown how to play, after that it was only a matter of time before I succeded.
@@thecommenternobodycaresabout as a pianist it's difficult to just pick up and play a non keyboard instrument. I did try to learn guitar but I never got to grips with strumming so I basically just play finger style.
@@giftofthewild6665 It's way better than not being able to play at all. Even that little bit counts. If learn a few nice melodies that are not strumming, you can become good.

Only recently found your channel last month and I'm already looking forward to the weekly (?) uploads. Love your stuff, so keep it up! Btw, for years I tend to play from the lowest note to the highest one back-to-back on every piano that I find in the streets or in a home because that always fascinated me as a kid. And there was one time where I tried to play the intro of Muse's Space Dementia when found a decorative piano outside of a Cafe and kinda succeeding despite not really knowing how to play one.
